Get Piano Pro back

On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling: open the ⋯ menu at the top right, choose Piano Pro…, then Restore Purchases. Piano asks the App Store for what your Apple Account owns. If it finds nothing, check that you are signed in with the Apple Account you bought Piano Pro with.

Manage or cancel the yearly subscription

Apple handles the subscription. Open Settings on your iPhone, tapyour name, then Subscriptions, and choose Piano. You can also open Piano Pro from the ⋯ menu and tap Manage Subscription. Cancelling keeps Piano Pro until the end of the year you paid for; the keyboard itself stays free either way.

Refunds

Purchases go through the App Store, so refunds do too:reportaproblem.apple.com.

What Piano needs

An iPhone with iOS 26 or later. Piano plays in landscape only: turn the iPhone on its side. It needs no account, and no connection to play.
